Filipino domestic workers have earned a global reputation for excellence, built over decades of organized training programs and professional standards:
English Proficiency: The Philippines ranks among the world's highest for English literacy, making daily communication with children and family members effortless.
Childcare Expertise: Many Filipino workers specialize in infant and child care, a priority for young Saudi families.
Discipline and Work Ethic: Known for punctuality, commitment, and professional attitude — a direct reflection of the Philippines' structured labor culture.
Pre-Departure Training: Most workers complete accredited training in domestic skills — cooking, cleaning, home nursing — before departure.
Cultural Adaptability: Extensive experience in Gulf countries gives Filipino workers a strong ability to adapt to different household environments.
Recruitment from the Philippines follows a clear regulatory framework designed to protect both employer and worker. Official authorities in both countries issue work permits and visas through accredited official platforms, ensuring full transparency throughout the process.
