With the growing need for domestic workers in Saudi Arabia and the increasing variety of household tasks, many families are now searching for the best, safest, and most cost-effective way to hire a domestic worker. Since recruitment costs can be high for some households, installment-based domestic worker recruitment has emerged as an effective solution that reduces financial pressure and provides customers with flexible payment options—without paying the full amount upfront.
In this article, we provide a complete guide on how to hire domestic workers through installment plans, including the key benefits, steps involved, and how to take advantage of the flexible financing options available through Ayady—one of the fastest-growing recruitment platforms in Saudi Arabia. Ayady specializes in connecting customers with licensed recruitment offices and offering convenient financing solutions.
Domestic worker recruitment through installments is a system that allows customers to obtain recruitment services from licensed offices while paying the total cost in easy monthly installments—typically over 6 to 24 months—and without any down payment.
This system is an ideal solution for families who need household support without the burden of paying the full recruitment fee at once, especially given the rising cost of living.
Through the Ayady platform, customers can select the right domestic worker, choose the nationality, review offers from various recruitment offices, compare prices, and then directly request installment-based recruitment in simple steps through approved financing partners.
You can pay for recruitment over monthly installments of up to 24 months, giving you full control over your budget.
You are not required to pay any amount upfront, making recruitment accessible to a wider range of families.
Financing eligibility is checked electronically, and approvals are issued very quickly, accelerating the hiring process.
All financing processes comply with Saudi regulations and are fully Sharia-compliant.
The platform provides accurate and up-to-date pricing for each office, ensuring complete transparency before making a decision.
